NY Lottery's Garbage Snow

Ah, winter in New York. Dark, cold and speckled with floating garbage. The New York Lottery has a post-holiday winter commercial to get people in the mood to scratch their winter away. In a montage of hopeful NYers scratching their tickets, the flaky scratch dust floats up into the sky, coating the city in a downy blanket of...well, waxy plastic. There's something about it that feels post-apocalyptic, like the city after the bomb. It looks like snow, but I can't help but get creeped out by the idea of trudging through Central Park, ankle deep in garbage. If you can locate the video please post in a comment.
